While in PhotoELF's Main Viewer, display the photo you wish to fix and then click the EDITOR button on the toolbar:
When the Editor is loaded, look on the right hand side of the Editor window and click the
Color - Brightness
button::
The following window will appear:
Adjust the sliders to fix your photos.
